Venue
All Conference sessions will take place at the Coral Beach Hotel & Resort, Pegeia, located 12 km from the city of Paphos. The Coral Beach Hotel & Resort is nestled on the south west of the Island on 300 meters of sandy beach and borders with Akamas peninsula, an area protected by UNESCO. Occupying a superb and stunning location and overlooking the golden sandy beaches and sparkling waters of Coral Bay, the resort boasts unique architecture which is inspired by nature, its unparalleled surroundings and the fiery sunsets the hotel enjoys.
The Coral Beach Hotel & Resort will accommodate the Conference in flexible break-out meeting spaces with natural daylight and overlooking the sea.
Accommodation
The registration fee does not cover accommodation expenses. Participants are responsible for their travel and accommodation arrangements. The hotel combines traditional Cypriot décor of white walls and authentic woodwork with modern and earthy materials and colours. Its traditional rustic design and abundant gardens give Coral Beach Hotel & Resort the warmth that makes everyone feel at home.

Travel Information
Paphos has its own airport, “Paphos International Airport” (coded as PFO). It is approximately 30 minutes from the Conference Venue and it is also connected by low-cost international flights. The Airport is connected to the city of Paphos by local bus lines 612 and 613. The stop is in front of the terminal building. Coral Beach Hotel and Resort is connected to the city of Paphos by local buses 615 and 616. There is also a second airport in Larnaca, “Larnaca International Airport” (coded as LCA), which is the largest in Cyprus and is approximately 1.30 hours from the Conference Venue -145 km away. There are bus routes from the airport to the city of Paphos via Limassol. Alternative transfer ways from the airports are by taxi or by car.

Social Events
The Gala Dinner will take place on Monday 28th April 2025 at the restaurant of “Coral Beach Hotel & Resort”, which is the venue of the conference. You can pay your extra tickets (70€) at the registration desk of the Conference (by using the online payment form).
Technical Visits
A technical visit is planned for Thursday, May 1st, to provide visitors with an insight into Cyprus’ water issues. Participants and their companions will initially be taken to the Limassol wastewater treatment plant. The visit will then continue to the first of its kind Water Museum, Limassol. There will be a lunch break followed by a short visit to the Limassol Marina, in the heart of Limassol city centre. The cost for the visit is 35€ (First come, first served).
