Payment can be done ONLY using the Payment Form and the same form constitutes the registration form to the conference. Cash is not accepted, especially for on-site payments.

Authors should register for the conferences no later than 31st of March 2025 to have their presentation included in the final program. One fee entitles you to up to two Certificates of presentation/partificipation.

The registration fee includes the symposium material, all lunches,, coffee breaks during the Joint Conference, the Gala Dinner. The Gala Dinner will take place on Monday 28th April 2025 at the restaurant of “Coral Beach Hotel & Resort” and extra tickets will be also available onsite at the price of 70€ (by using the online payment form).

The registration fee does not include travel and accommodation expenses. All participants have to register. Please note that paper submission is not regarded as a registration. We can provide VISA only to registered authors who have received an Acceptance Letter and have paid the registration fees or to simple attendees who have paid the registration fees.

Cancellation and refund policy

Registrations cancelled more than 40 days before the Conference (19th of March) are eligible for an 80% refund of the registration fees paid.

Registrations cancelled less than 40 days, but more than 30 days before the Conference (29th of March) are eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fees paid.

Registrations cancelled less than 30 days before the Conference are no longer eligible for a refund.

AThe conferences provide opportunities for companies to promote their products and services and increase their networks. The technical exhibitions will be well located in the main activities, so that companies can benefit the most from the interactions with participants.

The costs are EUR 1,500 per exhibition place

For each exhibitor, we will provide up to 2 fully registered participants (includes the symposium material, all lunches, coffee breaks during the Joint Conference, the Gala Dinner, and access to all the presentations). Any additional participant from the same Exhibitor will be required to register and pay the registration fees.

In addition will be provided a basic space allocation for a table and chairs and place for a poster stand.  If major space is necessary, depending on the size and availability we can arrange at additional costs. A dedicated session will be organized during the Conference for Exhibitors to present their activities.
